Infusion sets


Drip chamber assembly machine

The fully automatic Drip Chamber assembly machine consists of one dial. The heavy duty indexing drive system provides quick and efficient movements for the components being assembled. The automatic equipment incorporates inspection and testing into the assembly process. When a component is loaded into a machine a presence check is performed. When a component is not properly seated in the nest or misfed, the following operations are not performed thus minimizing component waste and unnecessary.


Automata IV set coiling and assembly line

The line consists of an oval indexing chassis, where the tube is fed, coiled and assembled with the roller clamp and to the other terminations according to the product configuration. The product is then held in a plastic sleeve for unload so as to hold its coiled shape. The automatic equipment incorporates inspection and testing into the assembly process. Needle assembling machine

The equipment is built on a turning chain mechanism. Each chain link conveys 24 products. The equipment is capable to produce 600 pcs per minute beside 90% efficiency. The assembling procedure begins with the dosing of needle hubs. At the next phase it doses pointed cannula into each needle hub. Into the prepared needle hub it doses glue that dries under UV light and then it performs the starching of glue through more stations. After starching it performs friction force control. Then it performs the siliconization and pluggage control of pointed cannulas. The machine does different controls during the assembling. It continuously follows the faulty products. It does not do any other process with the faulty products. It places protector on the good products. The waste qualified products are rejected at the waste collector station. This case we can avoid the mixture of different quality products. Finally the good products leave the machine on a slide.


Safety needle assembling machine

This automatic machine is built on two girdle basic machines, its velocity is 7.200-16.000 pc./hour and produces 6 products per head. The machine with type retooling is suitable for producing and packaging hypodermic needles with normal protector and producing hypodermic needles with safety protector. The main machine has 24 positions, the assistance girdle has 16 positions. The girdles' actuation is driven by a servo motor through a switch line drive. This ensures the high flexibility of the machine's velocity according to the requirements.

Two and three - part syringes


Syringe silk screen printing equipment

The equipment is capable for scaling 30 ml and 50 ml syringes by silk screen printing. It activates the surface of syringes in order to get the stain inhered. It is followed by the silk screening, for which it uses a kind of stain that dries under UV light. The vision system enables to control the quality of silk screened items, so that the machines can automatically reject the waste products.


Syringe assembling equipment

The equipment is capable for assembling 30 ml and 50 ml syringes. The silicone layer is applied smoothly, in minimal thickness on the inner surface of the barrel. The products go through continuous control. The waste products are rejected into separate container unit, so the mixture of rejected products with good-quality products is excluded.

Steps of IV Catheter production


1. IV Catheter wing sub-assembly machine

 

The fully automatic IV Catheter Wing assembly machine consists of two dials mechanically synchronized. The IV Catheter Wing assembly machine is designed to operate at a speed of 25 cycles per minute on a 2-up basis so as to deliver the Wing sub-assembly at a rate of 50 parts per minute as a gross output with 90% overall efficiency.


2. IV Catheter tip forming machine

The fully automatic IV Catheter Tip Forming machine consists of one dial connected through a conveyor, where a series of multiple position racks filled up of all valid parts are travel on, with the IV Catheter Wing assembly machine upwards and the Combo Final and Needle assembly machine downwards.


3. IV Catheter needle and final assembly system

The fully automatic IV Catheter Needle and Final assembly system consists of an oval indexing dial mechanically synchronized with one satellite dial for the Needle assembly process. The machine is designed to operate at a speed of 34 cycles per minute on a 1-upbasis so as to unload the IV catheter assembly at a rate of 34 parts per minute as a gross output with 90% overall efficiency. The heavy duty indexing drive system provides quick and efficient movements for the components being assembled.

 

Safety Fistula needle


Fistula toppart assembling machine

The equipment is built on a 16 positions fractionally rotating turntable that has high preciseness. The high mechanical stability ensures the precise operation of the machine. By using high quality parts the machine can be operated over 90% efficiency. At the first phase the needle hub is dosed and in the next phases the further procedures are done. At the final phase the good quality product is removed from the table. There are control functions built in between the production processes: part existing, orientation, tensile strength and vision system. At certain stations recognized faulty products are considered as bad products, so at other stations the machine does not do any further operations with them.


Fistula needle assembling machine

The equipment is built on a turning chain mechanism. Each chain link has a product conveyor unit. The production begins with the dosing of leading tube. Then continues with the tube closing and with the pulling of safety protector on leading tube. On one end of the prepared leading tube the fistula toppart from toppart assembling machine is glued. The fistula toppart assembling line is operated by the assembling line according to the production cycle. On the free end of the leading tube the luer lock connector is glued and the safety cap is placed. The equipment does controlling processes at each station. The faulty recognized products are treated separately by the machine and at the end of the line they are rejected. The good products are forwarded to the packaging machine.

 

IV Solution


Bag making machine

The transfer bag manufacturing equipment consists of more units. It moulds the basic bag by high frequency welding of multi-layer foil. The following cutting unit ensures the final shape of the bag. Other related parts are assembled by glueing or overlapping. The sensors placed into the production flow enable continuous control. By this the number of waste products can be reduced to the minimum.
